Mr. Franke has used his knowledge of redevelopment best practices to garner numerous national and state awards for projects such as design guidelines, zoning overlays, and a children’s planning initiative. 

Mr. Franke has been at the forefront of redevelopment planning in Florida for nearly 23 years. The following projects, either prepared or under his supervision, have won numerous national and state awards for innovation:
